Privacy Statement

ACAL Conference
The Conference Organiser only collects information necessary to administer your participation at the conference. We use the information to ensure that your status as an attendee is accurately recorded, keep you informed about the Conference, and, at other times, to tell you about various activities provided by ACAL and by VALBEC.

Your details are kept strictly confidential. We do not make them available to any outside organisation or allow any person, except members of the Conference Planning Committee, to consult them. As a registered participant you may ask to see the information held about you.

We may give delegate's names and organisations to other delegates at either the forum or the conference. ACAL, VALBEC and NCVER may use your contact details to inform you about future activities. Any photographs taken during the events may be used in publications and on the respective web sites in relation to reporting of the events.

Forum
