Celebrate Adult Learners’ Week with the Launch of the 2010 Fine Print Student Writing edition.

Angela NAngela Nicolettou began her food and cooking journey during her early years cooking traditional food in Greece and Cyprus.  More recently Angela has worked as a cook at Melbourne’s Journal Canteen and at Annie Smither’s Bistro in Kyneton.
Researching and refining traditional recipes have been a focus of Angela’s travels to Greece and Cyprus. After twice walking an ancient pilgrimage route in northern Spain, the recipes and flavours of the Iberian Peninsula have taken their place on Angela’s menus.
As an experienced educator of adults, Angela has combined her passion for teaching and cooking by running cooking classes at various venues around Melbourne.

Some of the student writers who have contributed to this special edition of Fine Print will be invited to share their pieces of writing at the Launch.

Refreshments provided, purchase own drinks.
