4. Numbers in some workshops may be limited. Allocation will be in order of receipt of payment.
5. All registrations received by the due date will be acknowledged by email (preferred), fax or post.
6. Cancellations prior to April 10, 2007 will incur an administration fee of $22 (including GST)
7. After April 10, 2007, a cancellation fee of $55 (including GST) will apply
8. Payment must be received prior to attending the conference.
