Registration
1. Fees includes all conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, tea/coffee, participant pack
2. Registrations cannot be accepted without payment or purchase order.
3. All registrations received by the due date will be acknowledged by email (preferred), fax or post.
4. Cancellations prior to April 22, 2005 will incur an administration fee of $22 (including GST)
5. After April 22, 2005, a cancellation fee of $55 (including GST) will apply
6. Payment must be received prior to attending the conference.
